Good god, no, I did not watch the VP debate. I have absolutely no patience for political campaigning. It is all such a charade--I cannot bear to even listen to news reports about it (NPR has been positively ruined by this presidential election!).
I know who I am voting for, so really, why would I pay any attention to the antics and farce that's going on out there? It just makes me mad.

Well yes, I agree with everything you say. But it would have also been a decent explanation for the 'it's all just a bunch of noise anyway' editorial.
